Welcome to Dwellings, where we transform houses into dream homes with our comprehensive design and remodeling services. Based in Sioux Falls, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and unparalleled craftsmanship in every project we undertake.
At Dwellings, we are a team of passionate and skilled professionals committed to creating beautiful and functional living spaces. Our expertise spans from innovative design to meticulous execution, ensuring every detail of your project is handled with care. Whether it is a simple update or a complete home transformation, Dwellings is here to make your vision a reality.
Caleb Coffee, Founder and CEO, built Dwellings out of a decade of hands-on experience as The Bathroom Company - the company started as The Bathroom Company in 2015 - serving hundreds of Sioux Falls homeowners and learning exactly what separates a renovation that disappoints from one that transforms.
With a background in art and design, Caleb brings a rare combination of aesthetic vision and construction precision to every project. Owners Caleb and Kayla Coffee run every job personally.
Our mission at Dwellings is to provide high-quality design and remodeling services that enhance the lives of our clients. We believe in a client-centered approach, working closely with you to understand your needs and preferences, and delivering results that are not only visually stunning but also practical and enduring - guided by our values of integrity, craftsmanship, transparency, and innovation.
